-Curriculum Development and Implementation by creating and delivering lesson plans that align with VPK standards and Kid Cadoodles' approach to teaching and learning.

-Classroom Management by establishing and maintaining a safe, healthy, and engaging learning environment, including a daily schedule and classroom organization.

-Assessment and Evaluation by observing and assessing each child's learning needs.

-Communication and Collaboration by maintaining positive and professional communication with parents, staff, and administration.

-Professional Development by participating in staff meetings, workshops, and other professional development activities.

-Adherence to Regulations by ensuring compliance with all relevant state and local regulations regarding child care and education. Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education + 12 mos. Exp. Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential, VPK Credential ,CPR.
